Meet Noots!
Noots are professional-style hand puppets made with the same techniques and materials as famous creations like The Muppets. Each Noot is hand-made by myself, a puppeteer working in the Henson tradition.
Noots have permanent arm rods with articulated fingers. The thin plastic mouth plates are flexible to create a range of expressions. The legs and toes are attached with doll joints to allow two points of articulation. The head is designed to be snug and form-fitting, therefore there are no grips.
Each Noot is unique, I will not be making any two exactly the same. If you don’t see the perfect Noot for you, check our other listings because new Noot are being made all the time. I don’t normally do custom orders but if you need something specific feel free to message me and we can talk.
**Please note these puppets are not toys** and are not recommended for young children. They are hand-made items and could get damaged if not handled with care. They’d be great for a youngster who wants to learn puppetry as long as they understand these puppets need a gentle friend 🙂
Since they are individually hand-made, each puppet may have small imperfections.
These puppets may be used in any work, commercial or non commercial. Operation: Puppet retains the rights to the original design, but no attribution is required and no royalties are incurred. The only restriction is against making unauthorized copies of the design for commercial sale.
